Your utility delivers service and manages the local account. In competitive energy markets, a separate supplier may appear on the bill for generation or supply charges.
Check the current charges, past-due balance, due date, and any notices before focusing only on the total.
Read the effective date, reason, and contact instructions. Acting early usually gives you more time to understand available options.
Start the process before move-in day and have identification, address details, and any requested account information available.
Use this for general membership questions that do not require a bill upload.
Review bill requests, apartment partnership inquiries, and member support messages.
Step 1: Use the Send Agreement button on each paid-plan inquiry to open Docusign (manager details are copied for convenience). In Docusign choose the saved template, complete every agreement blank, enter both signers, and send. Step 2: After verifying both signatures, mark the agreement Signed. Step 3: Copy and send the secure Stripe checkout link. Payments are tracked automatically when Stripe confirms them. Marking Signed here does not itself collect an electronic signature.
Your Pilot and Monthly agreement templates are saved. Open Docusign to prepare and send an agreement, even if you don't have an inquiry listed below yet.
In Docusign: Templates → Use → select the agreement. Enter the property manager and YURN signer, and complete all property, pricing, and service details before sending. Signing status is updated manually on this dashboard.
Independent utility education and practical guidance for apartment communities—from move-in questions to confusing charges and supplier notices.
Offer a structured point of contact for common utility questions, without presenting YURN as the utility company or guaranteeing savings or service outcomes.
Help residents understand common steps for starting or transferring utility service, required information, and where to find official provider instructions.
Explain supply versus delivery charges, supplier terms, utility notices, and questions residents can raise with their providers.
Choose a monthly package with a set number of resident assistance sessions and a clear, agreed service scope.
These are proposed partnership prices. The specific service scope, scheduling, term, and resident eligibility are confirmed in a written agreement before billing.
Up to 10 resident assistance sessions per month. A practical option for smaller communities.
Up to 25 resident assistance sessions per month, with a broader monthly service allocation.
Up to 50 resident assistance sessions per month for larger properties with frequent utility questions.
Customized support for multiple properties or larger portfolios. Scope and volume quoted individually.
Start with a defined 30-day service trial. Session volume, included activities, and next steps are agreed before the pilot begins. No automatic enrollment through this form.
A resident assistance session means one scheduled resident consultation or defined assistance interaction, subject to the partnership agreement. These packages do not include utility payments, guaranteed savings, guaranteed service activation, legal representation, or unrestricted support. YURN's separate $19.99/month individual membership is not automatically included in these packages.
Choose a package and submit the property details through the inquiry form.
We discuss resident needs, session capacity, scheduling, fees, and the written agreement.
After an agreement, your community can distribute YURN information through approved welcome materials and referral links.
Property managers, leasing teams, and portfolio operators can use this form to start a conversation. We'll review your inquiry and discuss whether a pilot or monthly package fits your community.

No payment is collected through this inquiry form. Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, authorize charges, or commit your property to a plan.
Resident assistance sessions covered by a paid property agreement are available to eligible residents without a separate charge for those included sessions. Additional services or individual memberships are optional and would require separate agreement.
Yes. A referral-only arrangement lets your property share YURN's public information and website at no cost. It does not include dedicated resident sessions, guaranteed service capacity, or property reporting.
